Interim resourcing

We have a large pool of known technical and management interims to call upon to provide support at all levels from board and programme director level, through to project support functions such as planning, risk management and trials:

• directors and senior managers
• programme and project managers
• management and technical specialists (including strategy, operations, risk, planning, logistics, sensors, communications and security
• information management (including needs analysis and training)
• operational and trials support staff

Engagement periods can vary from weeks to years and fee rates are set accordingly.
